Jake, CEO, draws on more than 25 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, shop management, project leadership, and field operations across structural steel, CFS, and wood.
Joe, President and Principal Structural Engineer (PE), contributes deep technical expertise in CFS design, backed by his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming. Together they lead with a shared focus on practical innovation, efficiency, and solutions that consistently deliver results.
